Mack Trucks – Overall Customer Satisfaction Award

Last month during the annual Mack dealer meeting, Bergey’s Truck Centers was honored to receive the 2018 Mack Overall Customers Satisfaction Award for our Pennsauken, New Jersey truck center.

• Service training levels for technicians
• Purchased coverage sales
• ASIST metrics
• Technician support statistics
• Warranty metrics
