The core of the Dealer Dressed Reman AMT program is the I-Shift and mDRIVE Short Transmission. All Volvo Reman I-Shift and Mack mDRIVE Remanufactured Transmissions are completely disassembled and cleaned using the latest technology. The disassembled components receive rigorous in-process inspections where each is measured to OE / reman specifications. One hundred percent new bearings, seals and gaskets are installed. All critical components and “high wear” items are replaced with new. Remanufactured components undergo stringent quality control processes using precision machining centers to ensure performance and reliability standards are met. Complete and Basic transmissions are dyno tested under load for proper function before shipment.
All Volvo and Mack Reman AMT short transmissions are backed by a 1-year / unlimited mile warranty.
Our Parts Professionals and Service Technicians will work to ensure that the right components are used for your specific application. . We can deliver the unit to your shop, or our Certified Factory Trained Technicians can perform the installation which would extend the warranty to include labor for 1-year / unlimited miles.
Remanufactured flywheels are available as an alternative to new flywheels and provide a lower service cost. The flywheels are remanufactured according to the latest engineering specifications. All remanufactured flywheels are completely cleaned and inspected for any damage. The pilot bearing is included and installed for your convenience.
