Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satified withyour purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and/or labels attached.

Starting January 1, 2023, due to manufacturer policy changes the below items will take effect:

  • Electrical or special-order parts are no longer returnable.
  • All stock items will have a 20% restocking fee applied on the credit memo.

To return an item, please email customer service at partsonline@bergeys.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Freight policy:

Starting January 1, 2023, due to manufacturer policy changes the below items will take effect:

For B2B sales through SELECT Parts Store or PartsASIST, or parts sales from a retail location, all special-order parts and/or emergency order parts will receive a minimum freight charge of $30. Oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping costs. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared, we will notify you if there is an increase in shipping cost prior to billing and shipping. For B2C sales through BergeysTruck Centers.com, the Customer is responsible for shipping payments at the time of placing the order as calculated by our website. Local delivery (if available based on shipping address) is free for all in stock items only.
